Situation: As the parent company of three major franchised printing centers, IABC wanted to help its franchise holders grow their businesses. They decided to do this by supplying them with a monthly newsletter for distribution to their client base.
Action: Their advertising agency contacted me, asking that I both suggest and write articles for these newsletters on an ongoing basis. Each quarter, since then, I have come up with 7 different articles for 3 different newsletters (21 total).
Result: I wrote over 250 original articles on topics ranging from business tips to humor to community service. Popular with franchise holders and customers, they were distributed throughout the U.S. at 120 affiliate locations.
