Situation: Having had great success with my work for the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and the Westin Cantera, Woodbine Development of Dallas hired me to produce marketing materials for their newest project, the $150 million Moroccan-themed Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas resort.
Action: I extensively researched and wrote the Grand Opening signature brochure for their newest resort.
Result: Some 40 pages and tens of thousands of words in length, this brochure surveyed the history of Morocco from ancient times to present day—a topic of which I knew nothing at all about just months prior to the opening.
